San Toythe cleaning service in Park Slope, Brooklyn, is an old-fashioned kind of laundry. Mr and Mrs Huang, the power couple behind the operation keep the tradition of the Chinese Laundry alive –not so long ago having clothes ironing by hand was a must.

 

The origin 

Because of racial discrimination and language barriers hand laundries businesses were a way out for Chinese immigrants.

 

The blush

I’m complimenting Michael Huang on his new hair cut.  Surprised that I noticed the slight change, he’s blushing a bit.
